The present terms of sale are concluded on the one hand, by Europe Écologie Les Verts, head office in Paris, called « EELV » and on the other hand, by every physical person wishing to participate in the Journées d’été called « the buyer ».The present terms of sale aim at defining the contractual partnership between EELV and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made by means of the website https://jde2017.eelv.fr. The acquisition of a service through the present site implies an unconditional acceptance by the buyer of the present terms of sale. These terms of sale will prevail over any other general or particular conditions of sale not expressly approved by EELV. EELV will be allowed to modify its terms of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be the ones at the time of the order date by the buyer.

Characteristics of the proposed goods and services
The offered services are those which appear in the catalogue published in the website http:// jde.eelv.fr. These products and services are offered while stocks last. Every product is accompanied with a description established by the supplier. For some of them, with mention DF, buyer can have access to the documentation of supplier. Prices appearing in the catalogue are prices including taxes in euro taking into account the applicable VAT on the day of order. Any change of rate can be applied on the price of products or services.

Orders

Retraction

Buyers, non-professional physical persons, are given a retractation period of 30 days from the day of their order within the limits of August the 14th, 2017 to return the product to the seller for refund without penalty, with the exception of the return package cost..

Terms of payment

Payment is due on the order date. Payments will be made by check or by credit card. They will be realised by means of a secured system which uses the protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer) so the transmitted information will be coded by a software and no one else will have access during the transastion on the network. The account of the buyer will be sold during expedition of products or services required, the total amount of products or services will be sold. If buyer requests, an invoice will be sent to him/her on paper with mention of the VAT. Payments by check must be necessarily received, at the latest, 7 working days after the date of on-line order. After this date, order will be cancelled.

Withdrawal of the definitive badge

To have access to the Journées d’été site and benefit from services booked on the website, the buyer must go the reception desk to validate the order. Guaranteed

All products supplied by the seller benefit from the legal guarantee planned by articles 1641 and following ones of the Civil code.
In case of non-compliance of a sold product, it can be returned to the seller who will take it back, exchange it or pay it back.
All complaints, demands of exchange or refund have to be made by mail at the following address: EELV Journées d’été, 6bis rue Chaudron 75010 Paris, within 30 days from the delivery.

Responsibility

EELV, in the process of on-line sale, is kept only by a best effort undertaking. its responsibility cannot be engaged in case of damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, break of the service, or other involuntary problems.

Intellectual property

All elements of EELV website are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of EELV with the exception of photos Eric Coquelin’s property.
Nobody is authorized to reproduce, to exploit, to rerun, or to use in any respect whatsoever, even partially, elements of the website, software, visual or sound.
Any simple link or hypertext is strictly forbidden without an agreement written specially by EELV.

Personal data

According to the law relative to computing, files and liberties of January 6th, 1978, the information with specific name related to the buyers can be the object of an automated processing. EELV reserves the right to collect information on the buyers including by using cookies. The buyers can oppose the disclosure of their address and phone number by informing EELV. Also, users have a right of access and rectification of the data concerning them, according to the law of January 6th, 1978.

Archiving

EELV will archive order forms and invoices on a reliable and long-lasting support establishing a faithful copy according to the article 1348 of the Civil code. Registers computerized by EELV will be considered by the parts as proof that communications, orders, payments and transactions intervened between the parts.

Disagreement settlement

The present on-line terms of sale are submitted to the French law. In case of disagreement, competence is attributed to the competent courts of Paris, in spite of defendants’ plurality or appeal in guarantee.
